Scrap Baby! Final part of my Halloween collab art! Genuinely love this drawing, had so much fun making my Elizabeth design, as well as drawing the Scraps for the first time ever!
I am excited to mess with the Elizabeth design more at a later date- but for now, expect Cassidy next! Might take a small break to do Instagram requests, but I'll return soon! Already got the line art done and all!
i can't believe i havent posted this absolute ICON in my tumblr yet
[heres Michael Afton fanart!!!]
i think mike should give helpy a lollipop. he deserves it
Lollipop has been bestowed.
i’m at the pizza sim i’m at the el chip’s
thinking about Michael’s lack of autonomy.
He is constantly surrounded by motifs that he is not in full control of his own destiny. He looks like his father and is cursed to follow in his bloody footsteps. He served as a useful tool to William, going down to the sister location bunker only to get his organs scooped out to be used as a skin suit by a robot. He doesn’t ever catch a break. Even in his “afterlife” he is bound and determined to do something to help the situation he think he caused.
Michael Afton, like we see in his own reflection, is a shadow. A shadow in the narrative of the series. He isn’t even given a chance to speak 90% of the time. What we do hear of him is bleak. He’s worn down. He’s tired. And yet he keeps going.
I used to not like the decision for Michael to stay behind in the burning building of pizza simulator. But after reflection it really does feel like Michael’s biggest choice of autonomy in the whole series.
He didn’t mean to kill his brother.
He likely didn’t want to do his father’s bidding but felt compelled to.
He likely also felt bound (and responsible) to “undo” the damage done. (Why would someone keep coming BACK to a place where he knew he could be KILLED?? For a bad paycheck? I don’t think so.)
Michael chose to stay because it was the first real CHOICE he’s made in a very long time.
He could’ve dragged his decaying corpse behind out of that building. We know this.
Do I necessarily agree with his decision as the best course of action? No. But to me it feels like an emotional response—something that people DO.

i feel like the fnaf fandom doesn't realize how old michael and henry are when fnaf 3/pizzeria simulator happens
like assuming that in 1983 - mike is 14 and henry is 35, then in 1993 - mike is 24 and henry is 45, and then 30 years later in 2023 - mike is 54 and henry is 75 YEARS OLD
