I was experimenting on the @alfaovens 5 Minuti and some new @lloydpans round pans. My idea was to make round Detroit style pizzas. I failed, haha. The first one was doughy and not cooked because I had the oven too hot. The second one shrunk down but was the best one. The third one I made was too thick and bread-like. My wife wanted some on a whole grain flatbread like crust. They turned out ok. One think I’ve noticed is that pizza takes some practice and plenty of time to get it all right.
