When I ask Stefan what he wants for lunch or dinner, I get the same answers all the time: pizza, burger and chicken with fries. Once I have one of the three options around and some dessert to go with it, he is a happy boy! And today was no different. When in rush, and today has been one of those days, I buy fresh pizza dough from the pizza/bread section of a supermarket and half of the work is already done. Then, for toppings I add olive oil, tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms, olives, red pepper, cheddar and mozzarella and some basil when the pizza is ready.
