The trainer turned around as soon as he heard the greeting. He gives a small wave and smiles great big.
“Hey Ness, how you doin-”

Now looking closer, he sees that this wasn’t ness at all. For one, he was a bit older and taller. Two, he wore different clothes from his friend. Now this was embarrassing...Red realised how he just mistook someone else for his PSI using friend.
“O-Oh I’m sorry! You reminded me of a friend of mine.” The red-hatted child rubbed the back of his head, giving a small giggle of shame.

“Identical lookin’ cousins, eh?” Red giggled a bit knowing exactly how that was. “I got a cousin jus’ like that with me named Ash. People always get us confused heh heh.” The trainer held out a hand to shake Ninten’s. “Ninten eh? Iike that name! My name’s Red! Nice to meet you!”

Ninten was quiet in looking at Picky. "Oh hello Picky, do you wanna help me cook?" he asks calmly as he was currently staying at his Aunt's house as he was cooking a meal for Tracey and Ness but Picky was staying over so he was making some more of his steak omakase
