he.... internalizes pretty much all of his anger lmao like sometimes he’ll express annoyance or get pissy but most of his real anger gets bottled up and it’s not pretty when it explodes.

It had only been a couple days since Paula had arranged to meet with that kid Lucas from her studio again, but she was still completely nervous about see them one on one again. She had mentally been calling this a date, although it most likely wasn’t one, but that was fine, as long as Paula got to brag about her date with the cute intern to her journal later that evening. 

Though, she couldn’t understand why she was so anxious about this. It wasn’t like she’d never been on a date before. They had seen each other every day since that day they had that spontaneous outing just because they worked in the same place. Of course, they didn’t speak to each other due to being too busy to take a break, but glances, smiles, and waves were swapped between them. What if in those couple of days she had become just a little too obnoxious to handle and Lucas would just decide to get up and leave?

Waiting by the entrance to Central Park, Paula checked her phone at least 6 times in the course of one minute. 11:23. She didn’t have Lucas’ number, and even though they weren’t late (she was just far too early), what if they forgot that they had this meeting set up, or worse, what if they chose that it wasn’t worth their time? Jesus. She figured she’d just keep on the lookout and hopefully not be stopped by any gross stranger who knew who she was.
