Oh of course they pretend! I think we're all just wondering just how poorly they pretend, and whether Ghidorah and Godzilla are too dense to notice. xD

Both the Gs fell for it, since the three made up stories they went for a walk yada yada bla bla something like that lol.

They were too busy taking their time to do couple stuff xD because Goji rarely shows affection and only does it when he’s alone with Ghids…

Quick look, it does look good. Galleries have folders AND a search bar, my absolute minimum demand for gallery setup. Other than NOT ENDLESS SCROLL *eyes dA Eclipse*

But the site itself doesn’t seem to load on my preferred browser, PaleMoon, and I really don’t like the push for only few certain browsers to be usable for big sites. Especially since PaleMoon is supposed to work under same criteria as Chrome and FireFox already. Already forced to use Microsoft Edge just to get on tumblr and I really don’t like this browser as is. 

I’ll think about it, but admittedly Buzzly does look the best out of other options I have, and currently the only thing stopping me from exploring it more is it won’t load on my standard browser choice.

Has the non-CGI-ified 1999 version of the movie ever popped up anywhere? The one where the practicals weren't covered by awful CG FX?

No, and I get madder every time I think about it! However, going off what Paul Vik Marshallsaid about that version in Yonggary Chronicle Project, it didn’t have more practical effects, just worse CGI.

I agree that KOTM's singer was set up was for Godzilla 3 not GvK, though I remain a lot more optimistic that Godzilla 3 will happen. I'm honestly a bit annoyed seeing so many people making grand declarations about the fate of the MonsterVerse after just a few days, I'm reminded a lot of the first couple weeks after G14 and Pacific Rim opened where similar declarations were made. Why not wait and see how the movie actually did first?

It’s more complicated here because Legendary has to renew their license for Godzilla to make more movies with him, and if it’s that big of a risk they might not bother.

Also, three movies (the two of which I’ve seen I really like) isn’t a “failure”. These got made, that’s a miracle in and of itself.

I don’t want to talk about box office, but I think at least the marketing strategy for Godzilla vs. Kong will be to sell it as a standalone event. If they can get people in who maybe only ever saw the 98 Godzilla and the 2005 Kong, then that can be a sizable hit. If it is, then maybe we’ll get more Kong movies or something, but even if we don’t, four awesome Hollywood kaiju movies is hardly “not enough.”
