green being so fresh and new to the company that nobody got to know them well enough to know they weren't themself, but immediately being so loyal and as a result being so mistreated in their role of intern that they were constantly left alone and ignored, letting them fly under the radar, and orange being so engrained in the company that their loyalty had turned into benign, peppy cruelty that alienated them from the crew pre-infection, to the point black only considers imposter orange "slightly" more evil than non-infected orange... loyalty to a company that won't ever love you back will turn you into an alienated monster one way or another!!!!
