I've been wanting to make plushies of these two goobers for the longest time, but couldn't decide on what style I should go for, until me and wife had the stupidest idea that Mummymon should absolutely have a muppet-ass mouth because. I mean just look at him, it was clearly meant to be

So here they are, Arukenimon and Mummymon plushies that also double as hand puppets! A nice challenge all things considered (I've never made a puppet-like plush before), but with this duo I got to make both the open mouth and moving hands variants!

I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but intrusive thoughts are basically your brain’s (sometimes very upsetting) way of saying “If there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock would that be fucked up or what?”

I’ve personally found that adding the “would that be fucked or what?” part in myself really helps put the more disturbing thoughts we sometimes get into perspective. Helps me say “yeah thar sure would be fucked up” and move on with my day.

It’s not not a secret desire, it’s not something that only occurs to you because you’re a bad person. It’s just your brain deciding to process the fact that it knows an uncomfortable thing exists in the world by feeding it to you in an absurd “what if” with you as the main character.

#something that really helps is i used to verbalize these thoughts in that way to my brother #like wed be cooking and id just go “i take your big chef knife and stab u. yeah?” and hed respond w smth like “i perfectly block. loser.”

This might be my favorite coping mechanism of this genre I've heard yet. Sibling goals.

Not being a dick, just a friendly clarification.

By definition you can't accidentally queerbait. Queerbaiting is specifically using a same sex pair from the show to market the show to queer audiences with no intention of ever following through on a romantic relationship.

There is officially licensed Destiel merch signed off on by Kripke. Teen Wolf had a commercial with the actors for Derek and Stiles draped over each other talking about being "on a ship." Both shows actively used scenes between them as marketing while actively mocking fans for wanting them together. Sherlock has multiple characters refer to Johnlock as a couple, including characters we're supposed to believe are never wrong about human behavior and pushed those scenes in marketing. Then they acted insulted when fans saw them as a couple.

That's queerbaiting.

Done on accident it would just be queer subtext. Done because they had no other choice due to censorship is queer coding.

The specific meaning of the word is really starting to get lost and it's a pretty important one to keep accurate. It describes a very specific phenomenon that was done repeatedly and maliciously for decades and is meant to examine that specifically.

Doing it on accident sucks, but it isn't a tactic of capitalism intentionally intended to suppress queer representation while making money from queer fans.

Survivors AU Yellow and Brown!

(Quick disclaimer: please be careful if you search up any of the medical terms in this post, as you're likely to encounter medical gore images)

Always inseperable, not even murderous bloodthirsty aliens were able to seperate the pair of chefs. It wasn't for lack of trying- Yellow suffered severe hypothermnia after being locked in the ship's walk-in freezer by Imp!Green and had to undergo multiple amputations due to frostbite when the crew was eventually rescued ; and Brown had to physically hold their own guts inside their body after having their abdomen sliced open.

Nonetheless the two survived and were reunited days later in the hospital, where they vowed to never be apart again.

After long months of recovery and a drawn out legal battle with MIRA, Brown and Yellow opened a small pizzeria together and moved in to an appartment just above the restaurant. The pizzeria would become the rest of the survivors' favorite place to meet up and spend time together. Some time later Brown would have a set of twins, Straw and Pecan.
