I thank you for letting me know what it takes to be the one standing in the front before else, must be brave enough to make any decision that cost us much, to coordinate people i never knew first how, to keep you all stand up straight to face the challenges no matter what, to experience how hard it is to keep you all out of my bad mood while i'm struggling inside to not releasing any emotion whatever i feel whenever it appears wherever it shows. Adil itu didasari pada porsi, kemampuan dan kebutuhan setiap individu. Sekalipun komposisi tim kita berubah tidak ada jaminan 'adil' tadi langsung tercapai. Honestly i'm feeling disturbed by people commenting us on the surface seen without knowing what's in the depth. I'm not telling this in front of the reviewer because it's something that i need you all to understand, whether the judges would chew the same meaning or not. I keep it silent because i know that emotion brought at final scoring is forbidden. It's the leader's job to make it as just as possible. We all have trust and i'm grateful for that.
