As a Pokémon fan, I've collected Pokémon cards for years. Whether they were fake or real, I loved unboxing them to the point I ended up having a whole album. I traded my cards with friends and cousins, because Pokémon cards were really popular in my country back then. Almost everyone collected those pieces of paper, because they were so useless, yet so fun. Now that I'm older, I don't have these cards anymore. I gave them away for my cousins and friends. Even if I don't want to collect cards anymore, I want to have my art featured on an official card. I know there are contests for trading card illustrations, but I first want to build a portfolio here, starting with this art piece. I want people to notice my art first and let them decide whether my art could be a Pokemon card or not. I accept every kind of opinion, negative or positive. Even if my art won't be card-worthy, I can always open commissions to draw fan-made Pokémon cards for people :] This piece is just a practice, so tell me what you think about it.
