After narrowly escaping a house fire that she believed to have resulted in the death of her parents, Nadia joined the One-Ring Circus as a child, and she later ended up getting adopted by Alphonse Dalton. She does pretty well in school, and hopes to become a writer one day, but she does tend to get roped into trouble*.

*=somehow she got involved in the Future London stuff? Not sure how exactly yet but she empathized with Clive's past, so I feel like that's how it started.
