so i bought a majestic palm in december to decorate as a christmas tree and it hasn’t been faring well

the little sign in the store made it seem like a reasonable houseplant but it takes a lot of humidity, a ton of sun, and lots of water, and apparently isn’t really a great houseplant?

so i took it from inside to outside yesterday during one of our first sunny spring days and it got fucking sunburned >:(

Alright boys. Time to drop some news. @justiniusbuilds approached me with this idea of reviewing and talking about the builds of the community. I also like that heather and cranberry are in the same family, and are plants for hostile conditions. There is a connection between desert plants and the abandoned cranberry farms in the upper peninsula of michigan.

So me and Brandon (mechagenre.com) went to the RDUCon2017 IPMS contest. We had a blast and saw some amazing models from all genres. We meet up with Tim M a little bit later on. Learning from other scale modelers outside of Gunpla really opened our eyes on how we can approve our future builds. I got third place is Sci Fi General with the Zaku Sniper I did last year. Brandon got Second with his Demonslayer Astaroth, 1st in the Figure category as well as Best Figure of the show! We also meetup with Jon who runs https://www.buildinggundam.com.
