Plan Failure... (Harrison “Eo” Wells/Reader)
“Am I supposed to be scared now?”
Wells stood there looking at you across the room standing up from his wheelchair. He had intended on this being an intimidation tactic. Scare you into submission to do some bidding for him. Instead you were standing in the doorway arms crossed over your chest seemingly unphased.
He cleared his throat stepping toward you, “That was the intention, yes.”
“Hm...” You looked up briefly taking in a deep breath, “Probably would’ve worked better if you weren’t in the presence of another meta.”
His eyes widened, “You’re a meta.”
“Yes...” You smirked as he looked away, “Yes I am a mind reader...no I don’t always read your mind...62, 24, 2076...I can keep going if you’re not satisfied.”
His eyes narrowed on you as you stepped closer to him, “Why haven’t you told everyone?”
“Told everyone you’re the man in the yellow suit? Or that I’m a meta?” You tilted your head as he rolled his eyes a little. You reached up taking off his glasses, “I don’t care about your plan and I believe in fate. You’ll win if you’re supposed to.”
“...and that you’re a meta?” He watched the glasses get tossed into the chair next to him.
“I don’t want people to think I’m always prying...plus it gives me an edge.” You smiled at him.
“What kind of edge?” He watched you carefully take off your jacket throwing it on the couch.
“The kind of edge that tells me...” You turned back to him holding out your hand to him, “that you can ask that question and I’ll say yes...”
“Question?” He raised an eyebrow.
“The one you thought when you saw my stomach a few days ago when I took off my hoodie.” You smirked a little, “Though...I’m not sure I can hold that position that long...so you migh...”
You were cut off his lips crashing down on yours. His hand wrapped up into your hair. Ah yes...he could admit when his plans were wrong. Having you not being scared would be much more fun.
