JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT MYSELF!!!! I MADE IT!!!!!!!!! @fabcostello 's H3000 is finally FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 . I am SO relieved, after all these dozens of hours studying the schematics and Theory of Operation from inside out, probing and measuring along the way, also comparing the signals with a working unit... all that to eventually find a small and VERY unfortunate solder bridge on the underside of the PCB, between just TWO pins of the 74HC374 octal D-type flip-flop that acts as one of the two "Delay Input Registers" of the Delay Memory section!!!! 😡 Was completely unspottable at first sight, not to mention that there are almost 200 chips in the H3000, so imagine the HUGE number of soldered pins to scrutinize... 😨😨😨 . Anyway, now that I've struck down the beast ^^, it seems that this @eventidestompboxes 's wonderful FX box of the late '80s has gone back to neat work, at last!!! 👌👌👌😊😊😊☺️☺️☺️ . #Eventide #H3000 #EventideH3000 #H3000UltraHarmonizer #UltraHarmonizer #EventideH3000UltraHarmonizer #VintageDigitalFXBox #VintageDigitalOutboard #Repair #PlaneteSunStudio #PlaneteSun #PlaneteSunStudioPuteaux #StudioPlaneteSun #StudioPlaneteSunPuteaux #PlaneteSunPuteaux #StudioPiscineATokyo #PiscineATokyo #TheGoodDoctorPrager
