My squat goals.
So I'll be turning 30 soon. That has nothing to do with why I squat, I just thought I'd let you know. THERE ARE SO MANY CHALLENGE FADS OUT THERE. DO THE THING. GET THE RESULTS. Well, that's good on you. Please do the thing! Don't let doing the thing scare you. The most important thing *IS* to do the thing. So I'm kicking it in the pants. Want to do my challenge with me? Pick something you want to do. Anything at all. And do it. I chose squats. Do you want to juggle for 30 days? Learn a different braid for each of the 30 days? Masturbate? Cook one homemade meal a day? Do it. Not for the results, but for the fun. Not because someone told you to, but because you want to. I like to say, "Love all, exclude none." That includes yourself.
