Personality Test
Today I completed a personality test in Character Education class. It reported my personality as ‘The Artisan’, or RICGS. However, I am uncertain as to how accurate that is. They describe this personality as ‘highly emotional and passionate’, but I rather think of my personality as mild and logical. Perhaps I just don’t pick up on my behaviours. I also got a very high neuroticism number, which does slightly alarm me. I don’t think I am in any way or form depressed, but I do suppose I can come off as reserved to people I am not familiar with. Apparently, the highest score I have in the category of neuroticism is ‘self consciousness’, which is definitely true. I also have, apparently, a high ‘activity’ score, which just menas that my personal life is pretty busy. Overall, my ‘openness to new experiences’ is pretty high -- however, my absurdly low scores in imagination and emotionality brought my overall average down. For agreeability, I have high trust and modesty, but the rest are all pretty low. The test also describes me as ‘achievement-striving’, which I certainly hope is true. Overall, I don’t think the website got my personality down pat, but it did get a few of my distinct personality traits. I do recommend doing the test, if not for accuracy then for fun!
