Wednesday - workout

plans & routine
My plan is to lose weight 11 lbs in two months. I'm running every day for an hour, between 7 am until 8 am, my plan now is to go early, type run while there is sunset, just need to make my sis waking up so early to run 6 am. We'll reach it.

I want to be part of these girls gym rats, the question is: I'm not fat, I want to go from 116 lbs to 105 lbs, what means 11lb will go away, that's my two month journey, losing 11 lbs.
