Harvesting beetroot and carrots 🥕today. These are from the first planting and there’s another row of beets and carrots that were planted a month later that will be ready soon. I planted mint in a pot to stop it taking over- should have done the same with the parsley 😬 Best crop of coriander ever is also growing like mad. Over the back in the third picture is baby spinach that just keeps on giving.
