This summer my 11 year old avocado tree has suffered from chlorosis. Reason: zinc deficiency. Uff...! tried of managing brown fungal spots in philodendron Congo red and other species Initially I was using microbial culture ( Arka Microbial Consortium ) as a preventive. Then brown spots become prominent, that time Copper Oxychloride 50%WP used. Then severity increased, gone for Metalaxyl 8% WP and Fosetyl Al 80 WP. I haven't seen any improvement, final hope Difenoconazole 25%EC and Tebuconazole 250 EC ( Higher molecules) Drawback: water spray on the plants will increase the disease severity, initially we where doing this, later stopped.
