Sharing on my exercise schedule, with its main target is, of course, Berlin Marathon, but with other race events I plan to participate like Sungailiat triathlon and Bali Half Marathon: Monday: FEUI Runners training with Coach Rustaman & co Tuesday: Easy running Wednesday: FEUI Runners training with Coach Rustaman & co Thursday: Easy running Friday: 5K running Saturday: 750m-1000m swimming (+ 10-15K cycling) Sunday: Long run or tri simulation ....what day should I take a break? 🤔
