Late night post, for a late night Ross run!! After a year of almost no Ross finds, they’ve stocked up for Christmas! I never did find the D&D set there (I wanted an extra one maybe to repaint and fix the eyes!!), but I DID find Plasmane! I grabbed her and green-dress Rainbow Dash! But get this: she didn’t have a price tag, so I had to run back to grab another Dash with a sticker. And on my way back, on the baby toy aisle - ANOTHER PLASMANE!! It was fate! It’s Fix-It-Friday! With...Ghostbusters Crossover Pony Plasmane! Here Hasbro once again proves they’re not real sure what a horse is with this sad red toy. WHAT ANIMAL has the eye there? Maybe some sort of underwater slug or something??? What are they thinking! Yeah ok the total lack of sculpting for the eye on the face (it’s just a sticker) is really cheap and lazy, but at LEAST bother to put the blasted sticker where an eye goes! This isn’t pin the tail on the pony, you don’t have to wear a blindfold.  This poor thing better be fixed before it actually gets onto store shelves or no one will want her. I just did the “Eye Position Fix” art to prove how easy it is to make the pony properly. I didn’t even bother to fix the cut off shine dot or trim out the black underline from ahead of the pupil (go look at actual G1 eye anatomy it’s like...super easy but speficic) on purpose just to show what moving the eye into a natural position would do. Maybe share this post around a bit? Toss it at Hasbro? Reblog it or something if you want her cured? It’s not too late to fix her, hopefully. As a Ghostbusters fan (Movie 1 and cartoon Slimer & Egon were the best when I was like 5--Can’t beat Ecto Cooler Drinks!) I would love an awesome pony themed for them that ain’t afraid of no ghosts...but I am afraid of bad quality toys. If this fix gets out maybe she can be saved and will become a worth while buy for MLP fans and Ghostbuster fans alike.
