Tried (spray) painting the interior of some clear Game Boy carts. Not entirely happy with how these turned out : /
The shell on the left has iridescent glitter mixed in the clear plastic already, the one on the right is just clear plastic.
Laid down some specks of white, silver, cyan, and then a solid coat of black.
Think these would look better with fewer a lot fewer 'specks' and maybe a combo background color – dark blue to black or something like that.
I may try this experiment again with some different colors. Shame that the cart labels will cover up most of the front side.
Do I dare try this with acrylic paints? I certainly have a better range of colors on hand.
