A #comics process post! I use an unusual system of apps and draw entirely on my ipad now! Here’s how I work: . . . 1) I first use #ComicDraw by #Plastq to do the layout and the rough drawing. I love this app because it has a ton of great features for comics artists. I lay out my text and make sure the composition is working. . 2) I export to #Procreate where I do the ‘tight’ inks/pencils and paint in black and white. . . 3) I adjust the black and white with color balance to add blues to the shadows and yellows to the lights. . . 4) I use a multiply layer to put in spot color. . . 5) I redraw the word balloons and hand write my lettering. . . . #process #art #illustration @procreate @comicdrawapp https://www.instagram.com/p/BtyuAg9HCGH/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=g6cw434o8vzh
