Glamour Plate 4: First Wedding Outfit Attempt
My partner was eager to get married in the game, so one of my first glamour plates was a wedding outfit. I had already been playing around in plates 2 and 3, so this one went in plate 4.
The first image above is what the standard "male" wedding outfit looks like. I wanted to wear the jacket with a short skirt and high heels, but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
The two "Fitting Room" images below are some things I tried; it seemed that the wedding outfit's white couldn't really be perfectly matched with dye, so I was testing out dyeing the wedding outfit.
Ultimately I thought these didn't look elegant enough, and in the case of the pink one, the colors didn't match each other closely enough.
In the end I chose a pleated skirt and the "female" wedding shoes, and then I dyed everything the same white, resulting in what's shown here:
This is what I thought I would go with; however, I ended up changing my mind. The actual wedding outfit will come in a separate post.
The "final" glamour plate:
Head: White Hyacinth Corsage Body: Tailcoat of Eternal Devotion, Pure White dye Hands: Set of False Nails, Metallic Red dye Legs: Collegiate Skirt, Pure White dye Feet: Bootlets of Eternal Devotion, Pure White dye
I started work on the wedding outfit on August 28, 2023. These screenshots were taken September 3rd and 13th, 2023 in FFXIV. I adjusted the curves and levels on the first one to brighten it and add some depth. The others have only been cropped.
