The inventor is squeaking, gloved hands flying to his chest as, once again, he is startled out of his thoughts by the robots unexpected arrival. This has become a rather common occurrence, honestly, and he should probably stop being startled and maybe even start expecting the company around this time, but. Um.
No, he doesn’t think he will ever get used to the others rather… forceful personality. Not that he doesn’t mind the others company… it was just, a bit much, sometimes.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHH. okay now that that’s out of my system... seriously. i absolutely adore them and their frisk. ok. the mun is a total sweetheart, and i don’t think they have a mean bone in their body! someone who i would very much like to hug, that is who this mun is. i worry about them quite a lot, just like i worry about other people, but i believe in their ability to get through it!

Why in the world did this always have to fall on him now?
Oh yeah. Calluna was a an unforgiving little star, that’s why. Sans was out cold, Undyne was only semi-conscious currently, and the fridge was rapidly decreasing in fullness. They were unprepared for future dinners and lunches, or Sans breakfast surprises!
Much like Papyrus suddenly discovering a need to do all of the laundry, and the dishes, and the yard-work (as there was suddenly a lot more leaves all over the place- he still wasn’t used to this whole, nature changing the entire look of the surface thing) he now found himself having to go out into the world, shopping.
However...
“HMM. I COULD HAVE SWORN THIS WAS A STORE WITH FOOD IN IT...”
...surrounded by clothes and strangely catchy, unmemorable songs, he might be more than a little lost at the moment.

He’s barely through the door before he’s practically bowled over by multiple tons of flashy metal robot. Thankfully, multiple such events as this have prepared him. Despite the ‘oh sHIT’ expression that flits across his skull for a few seconds, he has trained for this.
Recovering his balanced with a smooth step back, he easily lifts his boyfriend into his arms and pulls him close, one arm around his back and the other firmly supporting his metal ass.
“Mmm? Did someone miss me~?” His voice is a raspy purr as the kisses descend.
“It’s nice that your voice was the first thing I heard today.” (how dare you post cute things that I can't say no to.)
“ ♪ Midnight into morning coffee ♬ burning through the hours talking- ”
The quite sound of his singing stops abruptly with a surprised jerk and a choking noise, the pancake he was about to flip flopping sadly back against the griddle. He turns, soft eye-lights landing on the sleep-mused robot, a flustered blush lighting up his skull.
“Uh... pretty sure’m tone deaf. But, uh, thanks, sleepy head.”
Russet eye-lights are kept averted even as he takes the offered ice pack, gingerly resting it along the back of his spine, hissing a bit at the sudden chill even as he shakily took the medication.
“...thanks naps.” He mumbled quietly. Downing the nasty syrup with a feeble glow of magic to infuse it (at least he’d recovered enough to do that much... he felt like a chastised kid again when Sparks had to do it for him) he had to resist the urge to cough with a grimace.
“...’s fine in here now, heh. ‘nd ‘m sure it wouldn’t be too hard ta convince ‘er, with this heat. Shes gotta be livin’ in the tub by now.” He joked back once he’d recovered, glancing up at the robot with a subdued grin- that quickly faded, along with the light of his eye-lights.
“...but ya had ev’ry right’a be angry.” He murmured. Sockets closed as he slumped forward, resting his skull against the cool metal of his friends side. “...’n ya didn’t needta stay’n take care a me...’m sorry.”
