platinumverity said: “Looker, calm down. Steiner wouldn’t hurt a Fabebe.” As if to prove his point, he went over to the Scolipede to give it a pat on the head. “See? He’s friendly!”
The officer unraveled himself slightly from his own grip, peeking out behind the veil of fear to see Lucas shed some affection for the Pokemon. The Scolipede seemed calm, but oh how looks could be forever deceiving.
Slowly, Looker rose to his feet, mustering the strength to extend a quivering hand towards the monstrous poison-type. Just one touch... You can do it...
He felt as if his hand was progressing further and further but in truth, it just merely shook in place; a face of daunting terror evident on his own face. “A-Are you... Are you sure, Lucas...?”
He felt... idiotic, in the least, to ask that. Of course this creature was probably harmless, especially if Lucas took control over it. It wasn’t that he didn’t trust the young man, nor his ability to train his Pokemon, but more less that this thing could, if it desired to, easily steamroll the two of them.
Just a thought.
