The Seventh Player Enters
thatrandomwanderer… Jared.
You are the MAGE of SPACE.
For you, I also rotated through various titles, trying to see which one fit the most. In the end, I settled on this one.
Mages are one of the “knowledge” classes, constantly seeking enlightenment and abstract depth. You enjoy broadening your intellectual horizon. You answered the question of what lurks in the darkness with an inquisitive and exploratory reply, saying that knowledge and the unknown laid within it. You expressed your connection to your previous title because you felt it represented how you want to learn before you become a true asset to the team. You also expressed how you didn’t want to be useless. While it is a common theme, those with knowledge are above all the ones who do not want to be disregarded— and that is why being a Mage is suitable.
As a Space player, you inquire as to the nature of the universe itself. You want to learn about everything and anything, and be able to apply it in a real way. Mages of Space have this capability, which is something that resonates with you. However, by being a Mage, you are also affected in a negative way by the Aspect— which would be your feelings of isolation and sometimes detachment from others. Space in itself is a lonely aspect, as it requires the player to embark on a quest that can only be aided by a Knight (if the Knight indeed does exist in that session), and secludes the player from others. Space players can also feel removed because they don’t know their place in the universe.
With the answers that you’ve given me, this title seemed appropriate. If you approve, please submit your approval to my Ask box, and I will list you as the Mage of the Palace of Space.
If you do not agree with the title I’ve given you, please submit your protest to my Ask instead, before your wanted Rank or Aspect is taken.
