@playstation has been part of my life ever since my friend took me to a PS1 rent shop after classes to play Metal Gear Solid. I was instantly blown away by everything, the graphics, gameplay, the story. I did not think that this level of detail was possible before in a game. We saved our allowance everyweek to play on weekends. NBA Live 99, Twisted Metal 2, Mortal Combat, Marvel vs Streetfighter, Resident Evil and MGS were the games of choice. I was also saving up to buy one for myself. I didn't ask my parents for one because I know how hard they work just to provide for us. I've been saving up for a year and my mom took notice. We gathered up the savings and she offered to pay the remaining balance. We got Spyro, Twisted Metal 2 and a demo disc with Gran Turismo as a bundle. I still remember holding MY ps controlers for the first time :) I still have my original Psone and Ps2. I reaccuired a Ps1, Ps2 slim just because I love those consoles. I had my Ps3 for a long time, took a break from gaming because of work, but the gold Ps4 was too good to pass up and now I'm hooked.
