Play-Fight envisions a movement practice that stimulates a reconnection to the primal intelligence, which we can observe as becoming dormant in many people.Our movement practice weaves together principles from martial arts, like Capoeira, Russian System, with aspects from Contact-Improvisation. It is exactly at this unique intersection of languages, with seemingly opposite purposes, that a fertilized zone for a confrontational cooperation arises.
