If you became a professor at a university, what would you teach?

I’d honestly love to teach economics. While I enjoy explaining the concepts, one of my biggest career dreams is making economics more accessible (be it as a prof or otherwise). I could go on forever about how much I hate how elitist this field can be. It helps no one and to my understanding has only served to boost the egos of male economists. Plus I generally believe everyone should have a solid understanding of how our economy works–we all participate in it, but god knows people who understand it love to take advantage of those who don’t.
I’d absolutely love to hear your answer (as well as anybody else’s who’s reading this)!!
What is your dream job?
I do not dream of labor.
What would you rather learn for the rest of your life if you had to: invertebrate zoology, microbiology, or plant physiology?

32) How big is your house?
It's a bit big for my needs, but compared to most American houses, it's small.
39) Do you have any scars?
Yup! In the middle of my forehead from the time I ran into the corner of a cabinet as a small child*. A chicken pox scar on my face (they didn't have a vaccine when I was a kid!). Got one on a finger I accidentally snipped with newly-sharpened pruning sheers when I worked landscaping. And lots of little ones from things like animal bites and scratches, hiking, childhood bike crashes, mystery "I cut myself on something but didn't notice until there was blood everywhere" wounds, etc.
*Mom was right, don't run in the house!
What are you worried about now?
