Everything about Tamaki. (If you need examples, he treats Haruhi like a child, despite loving her romantically, frequently refers to himself as Haruhi’s dad, while also loving her romantically. Is toxic in general.)
Mori is probably relatively safe. (I haven’t read the manga so I don’t know if he does anything bad in there.)
Kyoya tried to proposition Haruhi for sex in exchange for paying off a debt, taking advantage of his position of higher standing.
Hikaru and Kaoru being incestuous. Just their entire dynamic entirely.
And then the premise of the show itself. A harem for boys, who are underaged teens in high school, take advantage of a girl in poverty and makes her work for them because she accidentally broke a vase.
But because it came out in 2006 (the show, anyway), nobody bats an eye at it.
