Page 1. ---- Oscar Campbell Pleads Not Guilty and Will Be Tried ---- Sequel to a fracas in a restaurant on Dundas St. E., Mickey McDonald and Oscar Campbell appeared to-day before Judge O’Connell in general sessions on charges of aggravated assault. McDonald pleaded guilty and was remanded until Wednesday for sentence. Campbell pleaded not guilty and elected trial by a judge.
McDonald also is charged with perjury as a result of evidence given before Justice Raney in the case of William Cook who last week was sentenced to seven years in the penitentiary.
