Got unexpectedly soft at the idea I just had on a train to Oregon at 8:55 am where Spiderleg and Squirrelflight are friends and it’s because Spiderleg knew how close Squirrelpaw was to Shrewpaw and knew he’d want his brother to help make her life easier so, like, he is always by her side as a friend even despite his own dumb heck ups because it’s the least he can do for his family?
