I need more people to explore how Michael definitely has separation anxiety and how it's absolutely been compounded by every time Alex has left him something horrible ends up happening to him. Like poor baby has never had something stable and the one semi-stable (so much to unpack in their relationship) thing he has always gets hurt or kidnapped and his life is put in danger every time he leaves. I want to like see him break down over this at some point but noooo the show has to be over :'(
