Report
So there's an arse at school. I can report him. He has been directly insulting me, and requesting a duel, desire me making it clear that he is doing such actions that at once insult me and request me to physically hurt him. Also, I finally (it's the last month of school, finals are next week, yada yadda) have his name. I should report him, because bullying is illegal, this has been going on since December, and it is, again, inherently insulting and belittling of my personal tastes and skills. And I have told him that it is inherently insulting. And I have witnesses if I want to 'make a federal fucking case of it' , as the strikers would say. I don't think I have the emotional state to walk down to the office, say "hi, my last name is [][][], and this guy has been insulting me all year even after I explicitly told him to stop, could you do something about it" because? Because he's some kinda jockish dude, I'm a socially awkward nerd, and it's too standard society for me to turn around and tell school that action needs to be taken. If someone's challenging me to a fight, I'm "supposed" to take him up in it. But again, socially awkward, I'd probably get in double trouble for not telling the school and for throwing the first punch. It's definitely harassment at this point. It's just words. The fuck do I tell them? The insult is carried in the tone, nowhere in the writing. If he was texting it to me, I'd take him seriously, but since he shouts it across the room, it's an insult. What the fuck do I do with this?
