He went private the morning after that first weekend Angus was back from NYC and they were partying. I had wondered if it was because he had been posting videos of Angus and got in trouble for it or something. I mean he still has photos with him on the account, but I wonder if he was trying to get fans to stop trying to creep for glimpses of Angus. He did boot a bunch of people from following when he was private, but I guess now it doesn’t matter. Angus didn’t publicly wish him HBD so maybe less attention is wanted.

Ohh interesting, I do think you’re on to something but if he just went public AND posted a video of him and his friends, which features Angus, AND started a YouTube channel for vlogging which will most likely feature Angus… why try and hide him by unfollowing his public insta?
