it’s not the first time they’ve been taken to a different world. honestly, even if it was, they still wouldn’t be anything less than completely fine with the situation. as far as hedge is concerned, this is just... some more warrior of light stuff, right? heroics and world saving? well, someone will come along and tell them what they’re supposed to do, and then they’ll do it, and everything will be right as rain.
for now, though, they have to try and wrangle a confused karakul, who is way more upset about this than hedge is. it doesn’t help that the sheep is bigger than they are--so the little conjurer’s attempts to push it towards the nearest patch of grass aren’t exactly working well.
“rho!” their voice is muffled, face shoved into its wool. “come on! you can eat so much nice grass if you just move!”
