I'm recommitting myself to the pursuit of being a perfect pleasure-bot. I'll be working out at least once every day - mixing strength training, calisthenics, and cardio - to build muscle, carve the fat off, and sculpt a body that will be aesthetically pleasing. Every morning and night with have regular maintenance routines to further improve my aesthetics - teeth whitening, skin care for a better complexion, etc. I'll also be studying and practicing techniques to be more charming, charismatic, and seductive for the pleasure of others.
This blog will be a log of my journey and progress. Please send any suggestions or tips you have on how I can better improve myself for the consumption of others.
Progress
I've lost 1.3 pounds for the week, but I'm still of by 0.2 pounds. I'll get on the stationary bike today for at least 30 minutes in addition to weight training to make up for the deficit.
I'll also need to punish myself for missing my goal. I'm not sure yet what that will be. Any suggestions?
I'm 8.4 pounds away from my weight goal.
