it is a medical drama that is more realistic than ones like greys anatomy or chicago med (which I have never seen, to be clear) each episode is one hour of a shift- the whole season is one shift lol which I think is a really interesting way of going about a show! I really love the way the characters feel like actual people, they all have flaws because they're treated like they're real, messy, complicated people. you get little tidbits of information about the characters every now and then through little offhand comments and stuff, but the show never leaves the hospital as a setting. it explores life after covid and the lasting impact it has/had on healthcare workers, which i think is super interesting if a little jarring lol. you should watch it!! im somehow way more squeamish than i used to be but I get by well enough by squinting my eyes or looking away when I need to. plus it would be extra awesome to have a mutual to yap to !!! 🫶🫶‼️

also this seems super obvious and stupid but they're all american. and idk why that shook me but they all just look so british and i did feel a little betrayed when they started speaking
