Turning to more local islands these days…a summer favourite is Plett's very own @stanleyisland in the Keurbooms River! You don't normally think of a river estuary as a prime #beach/#island locale…but @islandbeachbarplett in the river is a fantastic little spot! Safe, warm water to swim/float in, pull in your boat or kayak right up to the bank.
