Iris wasn't one to pry into other people's business. Being a strong believer in: if they haven't positioned me to react, I shouldn't, she let most things slide over, unless someone was in trouble. Iris, however, she was being faced with the kind of moment where the lords looking down on her begged her to act out of character. Logan had only been out of the living room for ten seconds or so and quite frankly she wasn't sure how the hell he didn't hear the telephone ringing, but when the machine beeped and the voice mail started, she guessed he'd become too preoccupied with dinner. However hard a microwave meal was to cook for.
"Guess who? That's right, me again. I'm not about to leave you alone," the foreign voice on the other end chatted away, sounding entertained yet threatening at the same time and managing to make his speech even creepier when he finished the sentence with "Nathan."
"Who's Nathan?" Iris called over the sound of the phone, sounding intrigued and a little amused-- this guy had obviously dialed the wrong number and he was sounding pretty creepy. "Oh wait, it's Logan, isn't it? That's what you call yourself?"
Iris' laughter came to a halt.
