Now this is by no means extensive or complete, these are just some ideas I have right now for possible plots with Hope and other characters.
Caroline Forbes is far more present in school. A surrogate parent for Hope, since Caroline and Hayley were close after their kids were born (at least that’s implied and I’m running with it). With a Caroline around, I think the Twins (especially Lizzie) would not have been as mean to Hope growing up. The enemies thing would be a lot weaker.
Lizzie and Josie Saltzman if Caroline was around! How would this change their dynamic with Hope? Would the Twins and Hope still be as at odds with each other or would their relationship have been better? Maybe worse, because that’s another parent Hope “took” from them.
Resurrection plots! Cami, Hayley, Jackson, Stefan, Elijah, Klaus- Either by Hope or some outside third party for reasons. Maybe someone is trying to get to Hope and by doing so, using her dead loved ones as puppets for that goal.
Kai Parker finds his way out of the prison world but he’s still trapped at the school for some reason. They can’t seem to get him into the prison world again and he can’t be killed without killing Josie and Lizzie so now the student body has to co-exist with this Heretic for whatever reason (never claimed Alaric had great ideas).
Prison World AUs, somehow Hope and this muse get stuck in a prison world.
Tribird Hope gets put into the same Prison World Kai Parker is trapped in. Chaos ensues.
More crossover plots. Hope in Beacon Hills, drawn in by the Nemeton Tree. Hope travels to Sunnydale after hearing about a Hellmouth and needing to know what that is and how it changes her life. Hope becoming a student at St. Vladamirs?
Malivore is just a pit used to erase creatures but it doesn’t fully work on Hope and she’s able to escape. No one remembers her-- how does that change everything?
Wish worlds made by Lizzie Saltzman in season one. Mikaelson school, Triad starting a war against the Supernatural.
A world where Supernatural aren’t hidden and the Mikaelson family is ruling class. Very House of M style from Marvel Comics.

What would it be like if Klaus and Caroline had become involved after Camille's death? What would it look like for the twins and Hope?
Plots or themes were the Triad is more of a threat to Hope’s life and the school. Still no monster of the week thing but maybe something similar to the war from the Lizzie wishes.
Rare pairs? Hope with people like Penelope, Jed, Kaleb, MG? How would it work? How does it happen? I’m sure there are many others I’m forgetting and I’m very open to them.
Dark!Josie plots. It’s not like it’s really a different Josie, just like NH!Hope isn’t a different Hope.. but what if that’s Josie’s new normal? How’s that going to change the school, the dynamics, everything.
