NaNoWriMo synopsis under the cut

H'okay. So. Here is the world...

I need a title for the NaNoWriMo I'm taking on this year, and I want your suggestions!

The world has gone to shit. Our narrator Sera is breaking all sorts of rules by telling us - not that she doesn't break rules habitually. She's part of a faction of humans with a neurological anomaly who can see the demons that plague everyday life, and she has some serious anger management problems. Her mission is to take out the big ones while blending in and maintaining the status quo, where the normal humans have no idea. Somewhere along her journey, she ends up involved with a man named ???? and begins to question her identity. And his.

There MIGHT be a part in there where there's a demon sent to kill her, and he's a new kind of demon so she doesn't recognize him as one, and he seduces her. The one friend she has, who is part of the faction, decidedly genderfluid and goes by Zane (pronounced zayn or jayn (soft J) depending), practically forces her to get made up and go clubbing, so it's dark and Sera looks pretty (she wears no makeup, is usually seen in a black wifebeater or tee shirt and a jacket, torn up jeans that are a little loose, minimalist running shoes, and her hair wrangled into some kind of up), and she's like, "Well fine if I'm gonna go to all this effort I'm bringing someone to bed with me tonight" and she ends up with this guy. She does her habitual 'demon check', his hands are normal, his eyes are, too, no bizarre tattoos or scars, everyone else can see him; there's nothing demony about him... and then the next day she goes into work to empty her mind and get her next assignment and finds out there's a new kind of shifter demon who's been lurking about and her assignment is to find and study him. Since it's all from her perspective we don't know if he knows who/what she is until one of them fucks up (or figures it out) and they're like "Wait, you're - " "And you're - " "FUCK!"

I'm going to try to avoid it being a gross cliche. I have no idea how it'll end. It's just as likely that Sera will die and the last sentence will be cut off in the middle followed by "RUN." as it is that the humans would win - or the demons do something fucked up an suddenly EVERYONE can see them. Then there's the possibility that the demons find the "angels" (the humans with that neurological anomaly) base in their abandoned building, kill them all, and suddenly the rest of us are completely defenseless.

Sera has suggested "Fucking Demons." I considered "Releasing the Demons" e.g. the song stuck in my head for a week after the dream that triggered this.
