서울바벨 전시 연계 프로그램, [BABEL SYMPHONY]. RHOMBVS X MOIMOIROM은 2악장의 지휘자 및 공연자로서, [ SIGNAL FOR BABEL; RE-PHRASED CIRCULATIONS ]를 선보였습니다.
1부 "Signal for Circulations"는 [ Fragility Test ]에 수록된 "Song of Babel"의 확장된 버전이며, 2부 "Voyager's Murmuring(Dancing Pendulum and Humble King)”에서는, RHOMBVS가 보이스-퍼포머인 MOIMOIROM으로 분하여, 무용수와 함께 들리는 몸과 보이는 몸의 병치를 시도하였습니다.
이제 여기, 그 몸들을 놓아둡니다.
[BABEL SYMPHONY] for ‘SEOUL BABEL’ exhibition. RHOMBVS X MOIMOIROM played [ SIGNAL FOR BABEL; RE-PHRASED CIRCULATIONS ], as the conductor and performer of second movement.
The 1st part, “Signal for Circulations“ is the grand version of “Song of Babel” of [Fragility Test]. In the 2nd part, “Voyager's Murmurings(Dancing Pendulum and Humble King)”, RHOMBVS turned into MOIMOIROM here, and tried the juxtaposition of bodies, seen and heard, with a dancer.
Now, THE BODIES are lying here.
