The ship was down. Again.

The light-haired girl scratched her scalp, looking at her ship from the outside. This was her fourth breakdown this month. It always started at some small thing that didn’t seem that impaired. But then that minor break would evolve into another break, which would lead to a much bigger break and then suddenly the hunk of junk couldn’t get in the air.

Ave sat cross legged from where she stood, trying to look at her ship’s blue prints. She murmured to herself as she sifted through the pages. She wasn’t a mechanic. She only knew how to fly. They always told her that learning how to fix your ship was imperative, but alas, all she wanted to do was soar.

Luckily she was stalled out at an Alliance friendly location. A small town on a small planet. There were locals if you looked hard enough, but for the most part this area was use for those who were only passing-by.

Noise from the local Cantina broke Ave’s concentration. She ran a hand through her hair and looked up and around her. This was impossible to get fixed tonight… Or alone. She packed up her parts and put them back in the ship before heading towards the Cantina. Maybe she could find someone who could help, and if not she could at least find a drink
