They’ll get back together for sure. It’s only a matter of when. My biggest concern right now is the journey to that moment potentially not being satisfying.

First off I apologize for the reblog spam. Finally had some time to clear some of my drafts.

Second, I want to thank you for taking the time to make Hayray gifs. I only started watching Hollyoaks live in May after someone (apologies, I don't know whose gif this is) posted this gif

and it showed up on my Twitter timeline. I had to know who they were, then binge watched all their scenes on Youtube. I was hooked. I try not to get deep into fandoms anymore to protect my mental health so I lurk mostly, but I will reblog and share everyone's creations as much as I can. Who knows I might open up Photoshop again and make some fanart again. Hayray has been my go-to soap opera ship since all my US soaps are boring me currently. Watched their couples era live over the summer. Now I'm strapped in to watch their second round of angst. Thank you again.

Hayray are something special. I’m the same as you. I have tried to stay out of fandom for quite a while for the same reasons as you but something about them just managed to totally enthrall me this year. It’s been really nice to dust off photoshop and google docs and make things again after taking such a big break from fandom. I’ve met some truly lovely people too and it’s been the best thing ever to be able to share my love for them (and my stress over them!!) with others.

Thanks so much again for being so lovely. I really look forward to seeing your art if you ever decide you want to create some for them. ♥️

Makes me laugh Vicky now has a bedroom and Hayray didn’t when they literally tried to have their first time on the couch

I’m actually kinda livid that Frankie and Lucas are getting an entire scene cuddling (in bed!!!) in Frankie’s bedroom set meanwhile Dillon and lucas had nothing like that when they were together. The other teens having sets and them not makes me so sad 😭 They’re the only ones without bedrooms!!!

he was highkey kinda hilarious in that last ep. literally skipping around town while lucas is getting wasted with frankie and blasting break up songs on loop 😭 i have been so mad at dillon for a couple weeks bc of the way he's been acting but i can't lie, i've been so mad at this lankie almost-kiss that i'm not even mad at dillon anymore. i saw him run down the stairs in those stupid pink pyjamas the other day and laughed my head off

oh god if Lucas and Frankie sleep together, I think that will be the final straw for me and this programme. I really don’t understand what is going through the writer’s heads. It’s understandable Dillon sleeping with a girl as he is pansexual , it was understandable when Ste slept with Sinead as he is bi but Lucas has said numerous times that he is gay. Were the writers heads underwater during those scenes or something?! I really hope it is a misunderstanding and he rejects her because it just does not make any sense after everything Lucas went through to get to where he is.

we'll see. i go back an forth. atm i'm 50/50 on it but i'm hoping of course that he rejects her.

also ste is gay. i'm not sure where you're sourcing him being bi from except from the wiki on smth that happened in 2009? but that was before he came out as gay. i'm sure he's been gay the whole time despite the sinead atrocity.
