For my project, I chose to demonstrate the effects of climate change on the Arctic and its wildlife. Global warming has drastically shifted the lifestyle of the polar bear which could lead to extinction. I chose to show this in my project by making a polar bear out of flowers. This was to push the meaning that since there's flowers growing in the arctic, the polar bears are growing flowers as this is their natural habitat and they are changing with it.
I used repetition with the flowers to make the polar bear look like it was a flower, but I wish I had made it look like the polar bear was lying down. The flowers I made were all different colours as it added dimension and depth to the bear to make it look 3d and realistic. I tried finding the same type of flower, like in the background and to make the polar bear, but the flowers in the background are only a magenta purple so I had to go with a different kind of white flower. I used Adobe photoshop to make the flower different colours and pasted them into Adobe Illustrator.
