Fairly odd parents au where the ultimates are just fairies, komaeda and nanami are hinata's fairy godparents, and it's just a big fat mess. Nanami tries very hard to fulfill her job of y'know... making Hinata's life easier and more enjoyable, but Komaeda is the one that messes up his wishes every time based on semantics and turns them into a giant disaster (oh, you wish that person bothering you would go away? K, well, you didn't say how you wanted to get rid of them....). He breaks Da Rules A LOT. Hinata regrets so many of his wishes...

Oh my god, I want to read a fic for that now. They'd end up virtually being an angel and devil on his shoulders too.

Not many of your posts have been showing up on my dash lately, so I'm coming in here and sitting in your inbox like a little nest.

Anyway, do you know that one line Komaeda says in chapter 3 like: "...Ibuki's twin sister... The Veronicas!" Lately I've been thinking.... imagine if Komaeda was stumbling around the hospital in his stupor- once he wasn't on the brink of DYING- and witnessed Mikan filming that video as Ibuki... And just didn't remember it later because he was sick. Idk why, but that has been destroying me. Like, I know it was likely just foreshadowing, and also the sillies, but imagine the tragedy....

But yeah, god. I think there was an implication he witnessed something*, and we know that at minimum he saw enough of her while sick to know something was seriously wrong. Maybe she got arrogant because of how sick he was and said something around or to him- could she have killed him if she wasn't forced to kill Saionji?- or maybe he saw something directly like you said.

In Komaeda's exchange with Hinata after stabilising we all focus on the confirmation he liked Hinata and didn't want him to leave, but I've been wondering if the latter was also him not wanting to be left alone with Tsumiki lol. He didn't want to be killed by or help someone in despair (edit: and for all we know she could've been tormenting him when noone else was around). Was the twin line purely diseased rambling or was it an attempted warning?
