I have been told by my past therapist and current partner (TWO PEOPLE) that these polls are meaningless scientifically but I just think that they are interesting sociologically. Sure the sample size is so minute (people who 1. are over 13 but probably mostly older teens to late 20s 2. identify as plural 3. and are on Tumblr 4. that follow me) that I couldn't call this a scientific study but it's a sociological study of that specific demographic.
I'm curious about more general questions about my demographic, like what median income does it have, does it stray to one age or gender or race? But idk if those are appropriate questions to ask.
