Shit...this kid. Growing up, the two cultures I vibed hardest with were hip-hop and goth. To this day, that shit is true. For me, #lilpeep is a synthesis of these two which resonates hard. I love(d) Siouxsie and the Banshees; Scarface; The Cure; Andre 3000; Dead Can Dance; Biggie; White (and Rob) Zombie; Tupac; David Bowie; Nas; and, I could go on. You see a trend. The point: this shit is aural and spiritual ambrosia for me. I'm pissed I was locked-down when he came out. I'm sad I didn't hear his music until after he died.
