When Peter wasn’t around that meant that other Lost Boys were in charge of the little Wendybird. At times, they were quite nice to her but other times they played what they called ‘HARMLESS’ tricks on her that usually ended up with Peter getting mad and her getting in trouble. Today, Wendy had been told that the water she was drinking was SUPPOSED to taste funny and that she wasn’t being crazy. What was in this water exactly? What had appeared to be some form of alcohol. Where they got it from, who knows, but that wasn’t on Wendy’s mind whatsoever. What was really on the small girl’s mind was that she was now roaming around Neverland DRUNK without any intention of what to do or where to go. Luckily, she was now in the eyes of her Lost Boy or else she would have probably gotten herself into quite a bit of trouble.
“He he.” The little darling girl giggled, swaying gently before Peter’s emerald hues, “I don’t cower before YOU.” She smiled, “I wouldn’t even cower before YOU. You’re not even that scary to make want to cower before you ever!” She rose up on her tiptoes shakily, looking up at Peter as she stumbled left and right like a boat on the balls of her feet. “You!” She tapped his nose on the word before lowering herself back down, “Are super NICE and not scary at all!” With those final words the little drunk bird turned and began drunkenly swaggering away from her Lost Boy, humming happily to herself.
